Winncom Technologies partners with CBNL to offer customers its carrier-grade wireless VectaStar solutions

CBNL has today announced a value-added distributor (VAD) agreement with Winncom Technologies, a leading distributor of global wireless solutions.
Under the agreement, Winncom will offer their customers CBNL’s latest VectaStar® PMP microwave platform across the US and wider Americas region.
The latest high-capacity VectaStar platform brings a new level of carrier-grade wireless technology to the US market and a wealth of benefits to operators.
By utilizing licensed spectrum, VectaStar will offer Winncom customers a guaranteed quality of service and a highly cost-effective route to transform hub capacity up to 14.4Gb/s.
With total cost of ownership savings of up to 50 percent compared to fiber and point-to-point, VectaStar provides a revolutionary business case and fast time to market for backhaul (macro and small cell) and enterprise access applications.
VectaStar can be supplied alongside LMDS 28GHz spectrum in the US, provided through CBNL’s close collaboration with major nationwide spectrum holders. This streamlined process supports operators with a simple and extremely quick route to market.
Following VectaStar’s initial launch in the US in 2014, it has been deployed by major service providers across multiple states and geographies in the country.
This demand has strengthened CBNL’s global market-leading position which has seen VectaStar deployed across 42 countries, including for seven of the world’s top ten largest mobile operators.
